Help and tips

  • Input the secret code exactly as found on the card inside your record (careful with those 1s, Is, 0s & Os!). The 12-digit UPC is on your record.
  • Be very patient. Due to the high encoding rate of the files, downloads can take be upwards of 100MB and take a long time (depending on your bandwidth).
  • The file is a .zip file. You can open it with software such as 7-Zip (PC) or Stuffit (Mac). Inside the zip file are the mp3s which you can play in iTunes or any other mp3-capable software.
  • Be careful! Codes can only be used once.
  • If you have any trouble downloading the file, your connection dies mid-transfer or for any other reason, please drop us an email (Please include your email, the item you're trying to download and your secret code if applicable.)
